MCO segment

MCO segment is not a flight segment but it is a payment for something else (anything, like a cancellation fee or a reissue fee, when customer contacts the airline directly to change the ticket, and has prepaid the fee at the agent). MCO segments are parsed only from Amadeus.

We get MCO segments in old and new format:
