JRP Rates Loading

Use the form to load and edit rates.

Changes in 'Rate' column affect all the companies.
The custom local rates are saved per a company and NOT shared.
Exchange rate used for recalculation is not stored in db and gets applied only on recalculation.

The purpose of the changes is to make functionality common with the one used for booking JRPs in web.
There are the same options, so price recalculation and final figures are also the same.

1. Added new button 'Update local rates…'. By this button new form gets opened.
2. Removed the label 'Custom sell rate updating' (see details in the bottom).
3. Placed exchange rate editing functionality into the new form.
4. In a new form 'Update' button takes the selected options with exchancge rate and updates custom sell rate of all selected JRPs.

 

• Rounding up;
• Rounding to the nearest;
• Rounding down.

• Round using 20 currency units;
• Round using 10 currency units;
• Round using 1 currency unit;
• Round using half currency unit (e.g. 0.5);
• Round using small currency unit (e.g. 0.01).

It used to be problematic to support custom sell rates per office for JTB due to the need to update them one by one each time when exchange rate is changed,
a helping 'exchange rate' control, pointed in the picture below, is added.

• It is alllowed to enter exchange rate (like 0,0601) having at least 4 digits after decimal point.
• It is possible to select one or several JRP rates records by checkboxes.
• By pushing 'Apply' button all selected records get recalculated: custom sell rate from JPY net rate with using exchange rate entered.
• Warning about the change occurs in advance of recalculation.
