BK Root Certificate

Every 3 year our certificate is expired, therefore, you need to update it every time.

• You should get a “Success” for correct installation.
• If you get “Failed” than look at following list of the common problems which were found.

1. You must have local administrator rights.
2. You need to install SDK package (there is an alternative way to install. To install only necessary features UNTICK all the options and continue).
3. You need to install .NET Framework 1.1.
4. FOR Windows XP: .Net Framework 3.5 SP1 should be installed.
5. FOR Windows Server 2003: a fix should be installed.
