Passenger Names Merging

Merge functionality allows to delete the odd-ones or wrong passenger names and to reattach all their connections to the proper ones. The result also becomes reflected in segments and documents.

In Order → 'Passengers' tab, the passenger names are highlighted according to their status in a specific segment type (see 'Segm Type' column):

• flight - red;
• online lead - green;
• online - light green;
• offline lead - yellow;
• offline - light yellow.

Firstly select the 'correct' passenger, who should stay, secondly - the one who must be merged with the first one.

Allowed:

• Flight passenger + Any passenger;
• Any passenger + Online passenger;
• CHD (any type) + CHD (Offline, Online).

Not allowed:

• Any passenger + Flight passenger;
• ADT (any type) + CHD (any type).

1. Select a 'correct' passenger (line becomes highlighted with red).
2. Hold 'Ctrl' key and select the passengers to be deleted (lines become highlighted with yellow).
3. Push 'Merge' button.

Note
Passengers related with 'OZ' segments can also be merged.
