Customer Orders

Navigation: Reports → Booked Segments → Customer Orders

The report exists for Billetkontoret purposes only to control the bookings from www.farewise.dk.
It also takes in account such 'new' segments as online hotels booked from t2t, ss2, trf2.

Booking appears in Customer Orders queue after in www.farewise.dk:

• 'Book' or 'Send to BK' is pushed in a booking;
• Segment or the whole booking is cancelled (segment gets RX! status, Order gets '!!' status) by farewise.dk agent.

Then operator in Billetkontoret takes an action (confirms the booking or cancels it at supplier), marks the Order in the Customer Orders as confirmed, and it disappears from the list.

Selection Options:

• Processing (options based on Order status and the booking type: online/offline);
• Processed after (date);
• H2H booked;
• Allotment booking.

• Order number;
• Travel Agency;
• Booked By;
• Confirmed;
• Confirmation Date;
• Booking By;
• Status;
• Released By Customer (date & time);
• Created (date & time);
• Lead Passenger.
