General Conditions
‘General conditions’ is a document, which contains free text and can be sent to a customer from the Order. There can be only one ‘General Conditions’ document for a brand.
Navigation: Tools → Company Settings → Brands.
‘General Conditions’ document (GC) can be in .doc (.docx) or .pdf format.
GC can be printed or sent by e-mail from Order or Invoice via ‘Print/E-mail options’.
Default print and email conditions for GC are set the same as for Itinerary, but can be changed manually.
If brand in the Order has no GC loaded, the ‘General Conditions’ line is not going to be shown in ‘Print/E-mail’ options.
