New Hotel Rates Calculation

Hotel rates per per room per night are calculated according to the formulas:

  • Net = Net Rate * x - Net Discount (where x is number of maximal count of person on room, x = 1 in single room, x = 2 in double room and etc.)
  • Sell = Net * Exchange Rate * Mark Up

Net Rates are displayed in the local supplier currency.
Net Discount is defined per a contract. Mark Up is taken from Company Settings by default, but can be assigned specifically per a contract.

Sell Rates are displayed in travel agency currency, per booking period per room and become rounded up to integer count.
Sell rates calculation example for double room:

(54,95 Net Rate per Person * 2 People - 0 Discount) * 0,2 Exchange Rate * 1,1 MarkUp * 1 night = 24,178 = 25
Net price, Exchange rate, Breakedown are taken from booking period. In case when booking period include the periods with different Exchange Rates, Net Prices or Breakdowns: prices calculate per each nights and summarize.
In case when there are different contract prices for periods: 01.01.2018 - 02.02.2018 and 02.02.2018 - 28.02.2018 and booking dates are from 01.02.2018 to 02.02.2018
The price will be taken from the first period (by the checkin date).
