Report new issues/questions to helpdesk (via mail, skype or from the Application by the bug-reporting mail form, which pops-up in case op error).
In urgent cases make CC to PM and VG, notify via skype messages.

1. Do not create bugs/user stories.
2. When testing a WI, add comments in its history, not description. Add as much information as possible, e.g. instead of 'does not work' please write 'I tried today on RC to do this and that, and got this result (image)… expected this result'.
3. If you would like to return WI back to testing or development, change its 'Assigned to' field to Tester who tested it last, or just leave comments in history and inform helpdesk via mail/skype, we'll do the rest.
4. When in a WI assigned to you testing is completed and no problems are found, put WI to Closed state and assign it to Administrator (happens automatically when state is changed to Closed).
