Options

General

  • User Name;
  • Display Name;

TravelWise Settings

  • My Title

- title of Application instead of default: 'Travelwise.net' (for example, BK LIVE, BK RC, Agent TEST). The custom title is shown in a task panel, it helps to switch easily between the TWs you need (test, live, T2T, etc.). Those who have multiple versions opened at a time will enjoy the feature as addition to version type and number displayed in the right bottom corner of the main window.

  • Department
  • Default Order Type

- the selected type overrules the default one (the one set in main menu: General Data → Order Type), when Order is created by the user.

  • Brand

- if set, then this brand is going to be applied instead of the default one on Order creation by the user.

  • Interval for remarks update.

Custom remarks update interval can be set from 0 to 999. According to this interval the overdue remarks are checked in the user queues and pop-up. '0' means that overdue remarks will never pop-up.

  • Show background picture.

Switch off the main window background picture to increase the loading velicity in case of remote work or by any other reason.

Contacts

  • Phone

- adds the inserted phone number in invoice issued by the user (to get it working enable setting 'InvoiceShowUserPhoneOnReport' in Tools → Company Settings → Settings → Reporting).

  • E-mail;
  • Signature;

In mail form the signature can be autocompleted (pasted) from Toos → Personal Settings: Signature by pushing an icon in the instruments panel of the mail form or by Ctrl+S shortcut:

Windows Sizing

Travelwise interface is flexible enough and workspace can be organized according to the custom user settings.
All column locations, grid dimensions, window positions become saved according to user preferences.

Once the grid column was moved in a new place, which is more convenient, it becomes saved thanks to the 'Windows Settings'.

To restore the form settings to default, select the form name and push Delete:
