Daily Report

To have on overview of the segments created by date and to control the bookings which require actions towards the customer or supplier.
There is a direct access to the Orders from the grid view of the report.

The selection is made for segments (Hotel, Misc, Tranfer, Sightseeing, Car) which were created before or at 'Date to'.

• Date to (segment creation date);
• Statuses (IQ (segment is created, but nothing has been sent to supplier); checked by default: RQ (request sent to Supplier; IQ automatically is changed to RQ, when booking is sent), RQ!(change request pending: change request has not yet been sent to supplier, is automatically changed to RQ when it is sent); OP ('option' status used when the booking is held and needs to be reconfirmed by Travel Operator (Billetkontoret A/S) at supplier within the given period.

• By Order number or segment 'Created date'.

• Selection criteria: date to, suppliers, statuses;
• Date (today by default);
• Customer;
• Supplier;
• Service name;
• City;
• Status changed;
• Changed by;
• Status;
• Sell rate;
• Order number.
