Customer Report	Existing 'DepDate' column is renamed to 'InvoiceDepDate' (as it is a departure date for the whole invoice). New 'TicketDepDate' column is added. It is shown for invoice lines where there is a ticket with departure date. Otherwise it is empty. 'TicketDepDate' is similar with 'ArrDate' (with departure date there).
