Automated Flight Booking
- Make a booking in any GDS system supported by Tair Reader and Travelwise (Amadeus, Worldspan, Sabre, Galileo).
- Wait for several seconds.
- Insert the PNR (air file) number in Travelwise:
- in a 'Quick Search' with a prefix '-';
- in a 'Quick Launch' panel defined with radio button as 'PNR number' and run searching;
- on a new Order creation (via main menu Order → New ('Ctrl'+'O'), insert PNR number in 'Attach PNR' field);
- in existing Order (Order → PNR: push 'Attach' button ('Alt'+'A'))
and press 'Enter' or push the corresponding button to proceed with a booking, i. e. flight segment creation.
In case of failure wait a little bit more and retry.

Note
Due to possible reservation changes in GDS, the PNR information is needed to be updated in Travelwise. If any flight updates are made, please use any method from described above to insert PNR in Travelwise once again.
The most optimal and quick is the 1st one, by using 'Quick Search'. The system validates each new PNR, which becomes transferred and updates corresponding flight segments or gives a warning according to a specific case.
