Misc

Misc - is any service provided by Hotel.

Navigation: Order → Select Hotel segment → Push 'New Misc' button ('Alt' + '5')

Can be booked manually or automatically as a supplement in the ranks of online Tourico hotel.
The most common procedure is a manual booking.

• In voucher is stated as additional service for a hotel and issued in the ranks of the same voucher, be aware that voucher info is updated if the Misc is booked after its parent hotel voucher has bee issued.
• In case its code is empty in Company Settings → Products, it gts invoiced under the same product code as a hotel.
• If hotel, which provides the Misc service (segment), gets 'OZ' status, i. e. becomes deleted, the related Misc segment(s) are deleted automatically as well. Read more about status change...
• Is moved up/down related to the other segments in Order → 'Segments' tab together with hotel and is highlighted with the same color.
• Can be free-of-charge.
• Amount of the miscs to be booked equals the amount of passengers from the related hotel segment. Please recheck if you need 2 bottles of champagne or 2 baby-cots if book based on a hotel double room.
