'Booking' process in Travelwise is understood as adding the below service(s) in Order as segment(s):

'JRP' issue is also treated as a booking.

Booking Prerequisites In Travelwise Database

  1. Customer;
  2. General data (geographical, services libraries and other essential information; minimum required data is loaded by default while running the program);
  3. Product to be sold (invoiced);
  4. Service profile (to get the detailed service information in the documents issued for a customer and supplier);
  5. Company Settings, such as default currency, markup, relations between services and products;
  6. Fares loaded on a contract level or manualy directly in a segment;
  7. Exchange rate for a period of booking.
